Description

The Roman mosaic “Revolution” was created by the author in 1984. The mosaic is a metal base filled with concrete. A mosaic layer was laid on top of the cement mortar. Used smalt and natural stone. The mosaic consists of three parts in size, two are 80×80, the central one is 80×70 cm.The thickness of the mosaics is less than 3 cm.
Each piece weighs approximately 15 kg.
The mosaic can be used in the interior as well as outdoors.
The composition and theme make it possible to think that it is possible to make the mosaic “Revolution” in a larger size, for example, on the facade of a building.
